Hi. I'm Kathy. I've always loved Home Organizing. I remember creating a "library" in my room so my family could check books in and out from me. I also typed all of our grocery prices into my own "cash register" before they were allowed to be neatly put away, categorized with all labels facing out. Ice cream suffered mightily at my hand. 😊 I also recall my mother saying I was "odd", lol, so I get that organizing isn't easy for everyone and certainly isn't a typical passion... but for me it is.
I also love helping people. I am honored to come in when my clients are struggling with clutter in their space and working with them to lift and relieve the stressful, overwhelming feelings that add to life's challenges. By organizing the home, we create functional and comfortable spaces. My goal with clients is to lift the anxiety and shame and make home a sanctuary.

Five days before a community yard sale I started to panic. I had a garage full of stuff and I needed help. Kathy came to my rescue. She helped me sort, clean, organize and price. She even came and helped me set up the morning of the sale. Thanks to Kathy I had a successful day.

At, probably the very most difficult time in my life, Kathy came in, helped me address, manage and fix a mess so big and overwhelming that I was avoiding it in an extreme way. Her compassion, understanding, ability to break it up into pieces and not judge me for what I honestly felt ashamed for leaving untouched for way too long was what got me through it. I was going through and dealing with big things in my life at the time, big trauma. Trauma that left me unable to deal with every day but important and normal parts of life. With her help, I got a handle on it and while it made me feel nervous and overwhelmed to deal with it, now that it's done, I'm so much happier and feel a thousand times more in control. 10 years and about 40+ boxes / bags of neglected, but stored paperwork, receipts and mess are now reduced to only 3 boxes of necessary records and documents and the junk I was storing for years is reduced to only the things I really love. Thank you a million times over, for holding my hand and helping me face it <3

When I first met Kathy, my upstairs was so cluttered and out of control, that I was too embarrassed to show it to her. She was very patient. When I did finally show it to her, she made me feel comfortable and quickly set it all straight. I say quickly, but it took a while. There was a crazy amount of stuff in my house. We graduated to the cabinets and pantries downstairs and to my garage. Her job is not easy. I don't envy what she does, but she is the best at it. She helps you see your "stuff" in an honest way so that you know what you should keep and should move out. I would recommend her to anyone. And do.

Careful wrapping and packing for moves. Don’t show up at your new home with 20 boxes labeled "Kitchen". I take the time to list what’s in each box so you know how to find your coffeemaker, mugs and utensils on Day One.
Decluttering for Home Staging. Did your real estate agent mention that you have too many things on display? I can help you pack what you don’t need at the moment, declutter what you’re no longer in love with and decorate simply for photos, video and a beautiful home showing.
Unpacking and Organizing of items in your new home. Did you show up with too many boxes labeled "Bathroom"? I can unbox it all, organizing items as I go so that you can find exactly what you need, Now and Always.
Want to sell some items, but don't know where to start? I can sort, price and help set up a garage sale for you in your area. I can even run the sell for you if needed. Cost for advertising, pricing, supervising setup and running sale is 50% of sales. Cost for a portion of these services is hourly charge.
I can also list items for you on FB Marketplace & Nextdoor apps. I can handle the transaction for you for 50% or teach you how to do it at my hourly charge.
